WebI personally dream a lot, but after some lifestyle changes my dreams kinda faded away until I started taking Iron before bed. its a weird kind of vivid dream, different from nicotine, caffeine or even "super tired" vivid dreams". Make sure you are not taking too much iron tho. i take 10mg a day 5 times a week to make sure im not over ironated.
