I had my time zone set to "central America" instead of "central time zone". central America does not do daylight savings. a quick change of that in PowerShell and the time was correct! 3 people found this reply helpful. Webb3 mars 2013 · They only thing you should program is the time zone if you don’t live in the default time zone. If you live in Arizona your DST should be set to OFF and your time zone should be set for -7. If your clock has sliding switches then it’s easy. Slide your DST switch to the ON position and make sure your time zone is set for the right zone.
