Right now, the arm cannot be pushed all the way to the down position, so no more ice is being dumped into the bin. The arm will only go about half way down; there is no ice or any other obstruction in the way. Water is being dispensed fine. It does affect the string angle over the bridge - If the stop bar is very low and the bridge is high, you could see strings break more often. You could also see the bridge mounting bolts bend.
