WebMy hair is naturally light brown, and the highlights came out a really nice pale silvery gold color that blends really well into my hair. All this to say, I actually like the raw color my hair is just as it is after rinsing the bleach out, no toner or color put into it. Do I really NEED to apply a toner or demi permanent over this?
