Some time ago the Battery was keep going flat, i changed the Battery and it is still doing the same. First off, any solid state circuit that supplies power to these LEDs could only allow micro-amps when in the off position. Switches allow no current, as do relays. A solid state relay, could allow only those micro-amps. Your battery was tired.
