WebThe solution was to force the HBO app to a new Spectrum login address that wasn't HBO app based. I used the HBO app settings to deny access to Spectrum. In the iPad TV settings I had to deny the HBO app access too. After that, the next time I opened HBO Max, the sign in was blocked and the app opened a webpage to spectrum. WebUninstall the app. Reinstall the app. Click "Sign in with a Provider" and then click "Do not allow Spectrum" when it pops up. It will then ask you to share data or something, just accept. it should take you straight to the HBO Max provider login page outside of the app and you log in from there. Hopefully this helps.
