WebDec 1, 2024 · Reviewed December 1, 2024. My third time at Memories Jibacoa. Unique beach with a reef to snorkel - a rare find in Cuba. The food is better than most Cuban all-inclusives, the steak was the best I’ve had on the island. The grounds are well kept.
