This is not to say that such weapons are objectively bad, simply that such weapons will likely do less DPS than you would expect them to. WebIMHO the Blacksmith hammer is bad. It does less damage and has no counter damage. I also don't like how it looks. I just do not like this weapon. The Craftsman's hammer on the other hand is really good, especially for high strength builds (of course). However it takes twinkling (cry) and that is usually enough to make most people go mace.
