Dobhoff tube has a much narrower diameter than the NG tube. You really gotta smash those pills and mix them with more liquid than usual. A feeling of resistance is totally normal with them. I recommend using fairly warm water so the medication dissolves somewhat. Those little grains will clog the line. charukesi sivakumar
