WebJul 1, 2005 · The Tubeless Ready tires are meant for the No Tubes crowd. If you're gonna use a regular tire with sealant, you may as well get one that was designed for it. At least they're designed to handle the sealant and they have a better bead for running tubeless than a standard tire. It does not replace UST, however.
